About Us

Minerva Neiditz, the author of Romance After Sixty, wanted to have her book ready for her 50th Reunion at Smith College. She is donating 10% of the proceeds of the book to her college. She and her business partner, Marilyn Rabetz, Director of the Richmond Art Gallery at the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor,Ct., created "The Getting It Right Press" to publish Minerva's book. They will be publishing other books of quality in the future.  

Minerva Neiditz, the author of Romance After Sixty: What Men Think They Want, has three other books which are still in print: (On the Way: Paper Moon Press, 1988 and Angel Tongues and Lobster Tails: Dryad Press, 1999 and a third book, Business Writing At Its Best: McGraw Hill, 1993).

 

Minerva Neiditz has been a poet, a professor, and a president of her company called "The Writing Consultants." 

 

She has been single since 1981. About to retire from her position as an associate professor of Managerial Communications, she decided to find a travel companion.

 

Credentials: B. A. from Smith College, M.D. from Radcliffe, Ph.D. from the University of Ct.

 

Married for twenty-seven years to the late David H. Neiditz, a state legislator of Connecticut and Banking Commissioner. Mother of two sons, Robert Michael Neiditz and Jonathan Aaron Neiditz. Two grandchildren in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Served as the first chairperson of the Ct. Permanent Commission on the Status of Women and has been involved in many civic and philanthropic causes. She was president of her own company, The Writing Consultants, and taught over 20,000 people to write effectively over a fifteen year period.

 

She now lives in three places: Hartford, Ct., Truro, Cape Cod, and San Miguel de Allende in Mexico.  Geographically, she's gotten it right.
